Morsø Vetro can take temperatures up to 500°C and is therefore the perfect baking plate for pizza, whether in the forno outdoor pizza oven, on the grill forno, or in a conventional oven.
Also, all kinds of meat, fish, and vegetables can be cooked and sautéed on the glass plate – practically without any fat, if wanted.
